Four major functions of nylon twisted yarn
(1) Increase the strength and friction resistance of the silk thread to reduce pilling and breakage and improve the fastness of silk fabrics.
(2) Give the silk thread a certain shape and color, giving the fabric appearance with refraction, wrinkles or terry, knots and other effects.
(3) Increase the elasticity of the silk thread, improve the wrinkle resistance of the fabric (imitation memory non-ironing fabric) and breathability (strong twist fabric), and make the fabric cool and comfortable to wear.
(4) Nylon twisted yarn can improve the feel and glossiness of the product, increase the tension and strength of the yarn, and eliminate static electricity and uneven stress in various parts.
Application of nylon twisted yarn
Nylon twisted yarn is suitable for textile units made of cotton, linen, wool, silk, chemical fiber, etc. The purpose of nylon twisted yarn is to wet and shape the silk thread with weaving conditions after twisting, that is, to increase humidity under multiple vacuum and certain temperature range to reduce the yarn expansion rate.
Nylon twisted yarn is mainly blended with viscose, cotton, wool and other synthetic fibers and used as clothing fabrics. It is mainly used to make strong yarn for the production of socks, underwear, sportswear, etc.
