How did Bonded Thread come about?

The first step: spinning – the commonly used sewing thread is a chemical fiber product, which is made from polyester fiber chips into different original white monofilaments. The sewing thread is commonly used in 150D, 210D, 250D, 280D, 420D, and 630D. , 840D.
The second step: is the twist line – the process of twisting the line is to put the monofilament into a strand of white embryo yarn, generally into three strands. The Bondi line is a hot fuse added between the three strands when the twist line is spliced. Commonly used models150D/3, 210D D/3, 250D D/3, 280D D/3, 420D D/3, 630D D/3, 840D/3.
The third step: is dyeing – dyed into the color of the customer’s reservation according to the quantity ordered. The dyes, auxiliaries, and dyeing formulations used are different depending on the material and color.
The fourth step: is molding – according to the customer’s requirements, according to the length or net weight of the meter, selecting the appropriate bobbin for packaging, and finally packaging and shipping.
The above four steps are the general process flow of the bonded thread. The four parts are completed separately in four different workshops. There is no process. It is necessary to monitor and test the performance and physical indexes of the bonded thread, and the twist and strength of the sewing thread. Elongation, color fastness, oiling rate, etc. have corresponding standards and requirements to achieve the best sewing quality that customers expect.
